At Mannat Homestay, we strive to offer our guests a seamless and enjoyable experience from booking to check-out. We understand that sometimes plans can change unexpectedly, and therefore, we have established a clear and transparent Refund Policy to provide guidance on cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

We offer our guests flexibility with the ability to cancel reservations. Please read the following details regarding cancellations:

  • Free Cancellation (Up to 48 Hours Before Check-In):
    Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time (12:00 PM on the check-in day). No fees will be charged, and any pre-paid amounts will be refunded in full.
  • Late Cancellation (Within 48 Hours of Check-In):
    If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time, the guest will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. The remaining balance will be refunded if the payment has already been processed.
  • No-Show Policy:
    In case of a no-show (failure to check-in without prior cancellation), the guest will be charged 100% of the total booking value. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Refund Process

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Timeframe:
    Once your cancellation request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Payment Method for Refund:
    Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the booking process. For example, if you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account. If you paid through other methods (such as UPI or bank transfer), the refund will be processed accordingly.
  • Partial Refunds:
    If you are eligible for a partial refund (such as in the case of a late cancellation or no-show), the refunded amount will reflect the appropriate deduction as per our policy.

Special Circumstances

In rare and unforeseen circumstances, Mannat Homestay reserves the right to cancel bookings. Such circumstances may include natural disasters, government regulations, or any other force majeure event that prevents the property from accommodating guests. In these cases:

  • Full Refund:
    Mannat Homestay will issue a full refund for all affected bookings if a cancellation is made by us due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Relocation Assistance:
    Where possible, we will attempt to assist guests in finding alternative accommodation, although we are not obligated to do so.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, upgrades, or additional amenities requested during your stay (e.g., transportation services, tours, or meals) may not be eligible for refunds once they are confirmed or utilized. Please review the specific terms for any additional services you book with us.

Modifications to Bookings

If you wish to modify your booking (such as changing the check-in date or extending your stay), please contact us as early as possible. Modifications are subject to availability, and any changes within 48 hours of the check-in date may be subject to the late cancellation policy.

If the modification leads to a shorter stay, any refunds for the unused portion of your booking will depend on the modification date and our cancellation policy at the time of the change.
